We recently booked our trip to Walt Disney World with Kate Frey Travel Agent Relaxing Vacations, and we could not be happier. From start to finish, the service was completely stress-free. Kate went above and beyond to help us pick the right resort, answered our endless questions quickly, and gave us great tips for the parks. Kate even monitored our booking and applied a new promotion that saved us money after we already booked!

She sent us an email before our trip with all the instructions for airport check-in, arriving at PUJ Airport, hotel check-in, the shuttles from the airport — everything. She handled it all and we will definitely use her for all our trips.

She helped us explore a variety of vacation options and spent a lot of time researching destinations to help us land on the perfect trip for both our desires and budget. Everything went smoothly and it was so nice while we were in Greece to know that everything was already planned — we had private transport everywhere and access to a local agency for emergencies. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect booking through a travel agent, but Lexy made me a total convert. She knew Universal inside and out — which hotel gets you into the parks early, exactly when to hit Hagrid's to avoid the lines, where to grab the best butterbeer. My kids are still talking about it weeks later. I texted her from the park with a random question and she got back to me in minutes. We are already planning our next trip and there is no one else I would call.
